    • Personalized concurrent (“hybrid”) and periodized training plans tailored to your goals or sport, incorporating strength and cardio programming.

    • Focused sessions on mobility, stability, and power development.

    • In-app communications

    • Monthly e-mail check-ins to ensure alignment with your training cycles.

  • Everything in the Programming Only Package, PLUS:

    • Remote fitness assessments at the start and on a quarterly basis to track your progress.

    • Weekly check-ins to track progress.

    • Monthly coach calls to ensure adaptations align with your goals.

    • Regular text/email support for ongoing guidance.

    • Recommendations for cross-training and recovery strategies.

    • Optional nutrition guidance from a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size coach.

    • Custom training equipment suggestions to maximize your at-home setup.

    • Video analysis of resistance training for technique feedback, ensuring precision in every move.

What’s Included in 1:1 Training Sessions:

    • Available to residents in Wicklow county (servicing: Roundwood, Greystones, Bray, Newtown Mount Kennedy, Laragh, Annamoe, Enniskerry, and surrounding villages) .

    • Includes all the benefits of the Online Coaching Package at no additional monthly cost!

    • In-person fitness assessments at the start and on a quarterly basis.

    • Personalized workouts designed to develop strength, endurance, and skill relevant to your sport and/or goals.

    • Structured sessions include supplemental programming for independent training days.

    • Mobility and injury-prevention strategies incorporated into every session.

    • Mobile training at your preferred location: home, park, or training facility.

    • Direct support and motivation from a coach experienced in athletic development.

Standard sessions are 45 minutes; please enquire about longer/shorter options.
