About The Program

The Strength Reset is a 14-week group coaching program for people who already go to the gym, but don’t feel confident with their training progression.
This program is designed for you if you’re consistent but unsure:
how heavy you should be lifting
whether you’re actually getting stronger
how to use barbells safely and confidently
how to train without aesthetic or weight-loss goals
Instead of another generic plan, The Strength Reset teaches you how to train, not just what to do.
You’ll follow a clear, structured full-body program while learning how to make confident decisions in the gym, so you’re not dependent on someone else’s plan forever.
By the end of 14 weeks, you'll be stronger, but you will also learn to trust your choices, understand your training, and know how to keep progressing.

This is a live group online coaching program delivered in-app with weekly group calls via Google Meet. The program includes:
12+2 weeks of structured full-body strength training in my app (first 2 weeks of at-home workouts to ease into the routine, followed by 12 weeks of gym workouts)
2 gym-based strength sessions per week
1 tendon health session per week
1 cardiovascular / conditioning session per week
Strength assessments at the start and end
Weekly live calls (alternating educational presentations + office hours)
In-app community support
Clear load guidance and progression rules throughout
Sessions are designed to take ~45 minutes and fit into real life.

The program begins with a calm at home on-ramp to build rhythm and confidence
You’ll complete a guided baseline strength assessment
Each week follows a clear, repeatable structure so you always know what to do
You’ll have ongoing support through live calls and the in-app community

What if I don’t know how heavy to lift?
You’ll be given simple, clear load guidelines so you’re not guessing. Over time, you’ll learn how to make those decisions confidently on your own.
What if I miss a workout?
Life happens. You’ll always know what to prioritise if time is limited, without feeling like you’ve failed. If you need to miss a day or even a week due to illness or other scenario, you'll receive guidelines how to adjust.
What if I’m afraid of getting injured?
The program includes gradual progression, dedicated tendon and joint work, planned recovery weeks, and education on discomfort versus danger.
What if I don’t consider myself an athlete?
You don’t need to. This program is about learning how to train with confidence and intention.
Investment
The Strength Reset is priced at €450 for 14 weeks.
That works out to €32 per week for structured training, education, live coaching, and ongoing support; all designed to help you train with confidence long after the program ends.
