What Data We Collect
We collect and process the following personal data:
Identity Data: Name, age, gender
Contact: Address, email address, telephone number, emergency contact information, physician information.
Communications: Including emails or messages you have sent us.
Transaction & Payment Data: Information concerning payments to and from you.
Booking Details: Information regarding services or sessions you have booked.
Fitness Information: Includes information concerning your fitness goals, physical activity and information you may provide concerning exercise sessions (such as number of sets performed, weight used, exercises performed, etc.)..
Special Categories: Information concerning health and physical activity.
Special Categories of Data
It is necessary for us to collect data concerning your health as well as emergency contact information. This is necessary to protect your vital interests, and allows us to design individual exercise programmes that are appropriate and safe for each individuals’ needs.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We process personal data for the purpose of providing our services to you, which includes designing personalised exercise programmes and providing ongoing support, communication, and coaching. We also retain information to satisfy any legal, accounting, reporting requirements and to enforce or defend our legal rights.
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
Where it is necessary for the performance of a contract we have entered into, such as to provide you with personalised exercise programmes and to provide support helping you achieve your fitness goals;
Where it is necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests, such as to recover monies owed to us or to defend our legal rights, except where these interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights;
Where you have given your consent to the processing, such as for any scheduled check ups or communications you may wish to receive;
Where it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, such as to maintain invoices and sales records for tax purposes;
Where it is necessary to protect your vital interests, such as to prevent injury or medical emergencies.
How We Collect Your Personal Data
Personal data is collected during the onboarding process with Rise With Lana when new clients fill in a membership form. Information on fitness goals and exercise performance may also be provided directly by clients through calls with us, or through the SuperSet App.
Retention
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice. This includes for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements and to defend our legal rights.
Financial records such as invoices and receipts are kept for six years as required by Revenue Ireland. Personal data collected from clients is kept for the length of their contract, plus six years for the statute of limitations for breach of contract.

We use the following third parties and may have to share personal data with them in order to provide you with our services:

Security of Data
Personal data will be stored confidentially and securely using appropriate technical and organisational measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet or storage is 100% secure. Securing your personal data is important to us, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Right to object - you have the right to object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest, or where processing is for the purpose of direct marketing.
Right to data portability - you have the right to request us to provide you, or a third party where technically feasible, with a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format.
