At RISE with Lana, my mission is to help you unlock your body’s full potential so you can move better, feel stronger, and live life to the fullest. I want to equip you with the tools and knowledge to seamlessly integrate healthy movement into your lifestyle.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in four core pillars -turned into the acronym RISE- that guide every aspect of your training journey.

As a Specialist in Exercise Therapy and Corrective Exercise, my first goal is to help you restore proper function and alignment in your body. This means addressing muscle imbalances, improving mobility, and reducing pain so you can move confidently again.
