  • No. This service is for anyone who trains consistently (whether you run, lift, or combine both) and wants expert guidance on improving performance and structuring training more effectively.

  • No. This session provides strategic guidance and actionable recommendations. If you’re looking for ongoing programming and support, 1:1 coaching would be more appropriate. Alternatively, I also provide light-touch Programming Only option.

  • Yes. We can review gym programming, running, hybrid training, and how they fit together within your overall training load and recovery. If you are also taking group fitness classes, I will also take that into consideration how it fits into your training.

  • Be ready to share your recent training program, weekly schedule, injury history, and goals. The more detail you provide, the more specific your recommendations will be. Please try to provide as much information as possible upon signing up to ensure we can thoroughly go through everything during our call.

  • You can book a 30-minute follow-up session to review progress and adjust your approach, or explore ongoing coaching options if needed.

  • This consultation can help you understand training load and return-to-training strategy, but it does not replace medical assessment or physiotherapy. This session will not include a diagnosis but can assist with communicating your symptoms to your medical provider.

  • Absolutely. We’ll review sleep, weekly training load, intensity distribution, and recovery habits to identify whether under-recovery or mismanaged load may be limiting progress.
